Château du Glana 2015 – Magnum

A generous nature!
The growing cycle (whether it be bud burst, flowering or ripening) has been particularly
rapid and homogeneous with very favourable climatic conditions for the plant during flowering.
We therefore had a good fruit set rate, allowing us to obtain at the end of the cycle
comfortable returns, which hadn't happened for over a decade. It must be recognised
that nature has been particularly generous.
The summer was marked by slight water stress for the vines, but not excessively.
September was also perfect, without excessive heat but with beautiful sunshine
as well as cool nights over the past few weeks. It was a long period of maturation, which
is generally the secret of great vintages!
